Ceen is the complete business platform for freelance videographers and small video production agencies. It combines an AI pitch deck generator, a video production CRM, and a branded client portal — so you can win work, manage it, and deliver it without leaving one place.

You fill in a short form about your client and project. Ceen automatically researches their website, pulls their brand language, finds recent news about them, and generates a personalised 13-slide pitch deck in under 15 seconds. Your client receives a branded link — no login required — where they can read the deck, sign their name, and pay the deposit via Stripe without leaving the page.

Yes. Ceen uses Stripe Connect so deposit payments go directly into your bank account. There is no middleman and no delay. Setup takes about 2 minutes.

Completely. Your clients never see the Ceen brand. Every proposal, portal, and email is branded with your logo, your colours, and your company name. To your clients, it looks like you built a custom platform.

A project is automatically created in your Ceen dashboard, linked to the original proposal and lead. You can then manage the project through the Manage and Deliver pillars — milestones, client communication, video review, file delivery, and final invoice all in one place.
